Harmony identifies emails from known spammers and determines whether domains embedded in email lead to known spam or malware domains. It leverages industry-leading techniques that protect against attempts to embed text inside images with the intent of hiding content from rom traditional spam filters. The recipients of malicious emails are automatically alerted and these emails can be deleted from the users’ inboxes even post-delivery.

Phishing attempts are detected and blocked by anti-fraud intelligence, behavioral and heuristic detection, protection against sender spoofing (i.e., spammers spoofing valid email addresses), and domain-name validation which prevents loss of credentials missed by email gateways.

Link Protection automatically rewrites these URLs so that Harmony can sandbox the request at click time to block malicious links. Rewritten URLs do not expire and function indefinitely.
Email Protection is positioned to stop DoS attacks before they overload your email server. Outbound filtering prevents users from being put on spam block lists.

Comprehensive AI detects both account takeover attempts and attacks launched from compromised accounts by analysing historical and inbound data and identifying behavioural, content, and link-forwarding anomalies. The solution detects suspicious logins such as from unusual device or geography and anomalous email behavior, then automatically identifies and removes all fraud emails sent from compromised accounts. It blocks attackers' access to compromised accounts and quarantines phishing emails that allow attackers to steal credentials and can lead to account takeovers.

Email Continuity Service ensures that email operations continue by failing over to a cloud-based email service in the event primary email services become unavailable. During email server outages, an emergency mailbox allows users to continue sending, receiving, reading, and responding to email until primary servers are back online.

Cloud Archiving Service provides unlimited storage to capture an accurate and unmodified copy of each new message at the time it’s sent or received and keep it for as long as needed, reducing the need to store emails in your mailbox. You can easily access the archived data from any device via web interface.

Cloud-to-Cloud Backup is a comprehensive backup and recovery solution for your Email, Contacts, Calendar and OneDrive data with unlimited storage.
